Working on behalf of the parent company, I was responsible for merging two recently acquired businesses into a single entity trading independently under a new brand. This project required unifying IT systems, processes, and infrastructure while ensuring the new business had its own distinct identity and could operate seamlessly from day one. Alongside the technical integration, the project also delivered a full rebrand, ensuring consistency across systems, communications, and customer touchpoints.

Deliverables

Consolidation of IT infrastructure, applications, and data from the two acquired businesses.
