I am responsible for the ongoing management of the company’s IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational priorities. This involves driving forward multiple initiatives across infrastructure, hardware, and cybersecurity, with the goal of modernising systems, improving efficiency, and maintaining robust security standards.

Development and continual refinement of the IT roadmap to align with business goals.

Minimising disruption to business-as-usual during system upgrades and implementations.

  • Managed by scheduling implementations carefully, using pilots, following a robust communication plan, and providing strong user support.

Staying ahead of emerging cybersecurity threats in a constantly evolving landscape.

  • Addressed through proactive monitoring, regular penetration testing and remediation,, and ongoing investment in security awareness training.

Acheivements 

Achieved Cyber Essentials Plus certification, strengthening the company’s cybersecurity posture.

Rolled out a company-wide password manager to improve password hygiene and ensure security compliance. Achieved an adoption rate of >90% in the first week.

Successfully delivered a telephony migration from Zoom to Microsoft Teams Phone across the business, saving 25% in annual licence fees.

Managed the integration of telephony systems for multiple incoming acquisitions, ensuring smooth onboarding and operational continuity.

Delivered ‘Cyber Security Week’, engaging colleagues through interactive virtual sessions that increased awareness of cyber threats and improved security practices.
